What was recalled: Nature’s Menu Super Premium Dog Food with a Blend of Real Chicken & Quail

Sunshine Mills, Inc. is voluntarily recalling Nature’s Menu® Super Premium Dog Food with a Blend of Real Chicken & Quail due to possible contamination with Salmonella. The product is sold in a 3lb. bag with various lot codes.

No illnesses have been reported to date, but Sunshine Mills prefers to take this precaution. Customers of the affected lot are urged to discontinue feeding this product and return the unused portion for a refund.

Dogs with Salmonella poisoning may exhibit lethargy, diarrhea, fever, vomiting, decreased appetite, fever, and abdominal pain. If your pet consumed the recalled product, please visit your veterinarian.
