What was recalled: Ground Lamb Dog Food
G&C Raw is recalling 40 2lb. containers of Ground Lamb Dog Food because it may be contaminated with Listeria Monocytogenes. The affected product was distributed in OH, MI, IN, PAN, KY, NC, and GA through direct delivery and has a lot number of MFF022718.
No illness has been reported to date, but Listeria monocytogenes can cause serious and even fatal infection in animals eating the products. There is also risk to people handling contaminated pet products.
Consumers are urged to return Ground Lamb Do Food with that lot number to G&C Raw, 225 N. West Street, Versailles, OH for a full refund.
